Client Services Overview:

Client Information Client data is maintained in a secure environment that may be password-protected. Funding limits and approvals may be set and monitored automatically, per client. User-defined fields may be added to further define and track client information. Clients may be grouped by Case Managers for reporting and inquiry.
Programs & Services Unlimited user-defined Programs and Services are allowed. Services are grouped by Program, and defaults may be setup by Client. Clients may be charged with multiple Services from different Programs, by multiple resources at a single time.
Time & Expense Entry Single journal allows entry of employee or sub-contractor time. Employee time will automatically post to Payroll entry, Sub-contractor time and expenses will automatically create Accounts Payable invoices. Billings will be automatically created from this journal as well.
Flexible Dimensions Assign and link Clients, Programs, Services, Resources, etc., to user-defined Dimensions. Dimensions are unlimited and may be used to group and categorize transactions. Analysis features allow users to search and analyze data by these dimensions. Dimensions may be used as a substitute for segments in traditional G/L Account charts.
Funding Sources Funding Sources may be setup as Customers, then linked with individual Services. Approval limits may be setup by Program and individual, and tracked real-time. Reporting options allow for flexibility in design of custom reports for analyzing and reporting to specific Funding Sources.
Billings X12 Professional Services Documents may be created for EDI billing. Private Pay invoices may also be created based on Client defaults and rules. Billings create Accounts Receivable entries, then can be used for tracking, collections, and reporting.
Payroll Employees are tied to Resources for purposes of Time and Expense entry. Pay rates are determined based on combination of Service and Employee. Payroll Journal may be populated daily from Time entries, accumulating until the end of the Pay cycle, at which time checks are processed, or time is sent to an outside service.
General Ledger Entries post automatically to General Ledger from all areas of the application. There is no need for duplication of entry or risk of errors due to manual re-keying. G/L entries have drill-downs to related journals and source documents. Financial Statements may be customized to fit your requirements, available on demand.
